You will need:
- A UK first or second class Honours degree in a relevant subject area or
- An equivalent international qualification or
- Relevant work experience in combination with a degree below second class Honours.
Applicants should have a first or second class UK honours degree or equivalent in engineering or related discipline. The ideal candidate should have strong ability or aptitude to learn programming and coding. Experience in fracture mechanics, stress analysis and finite element modelling is desirable but not essential. The candidate should be self-motivated, have good communication skills for regular interaction with other stakeholders, with an interest for industrial research.
